Gutter Punk

Gutter Punk is a top-down shooter that requires fast a fast pace and a highly aggressive playstyle

This was the first GameJam I ever took part in. The theme was "Don't stop". The idea was for a fast-paced top-down shooter, where you need to keep refilling your adrenaline meter to stay alive. We set it up so the level is made up of tiles that are randomly snapped together, so the environment is always fresh for the player.

I found some SFX, put together the skeleton of a few level tiles,  and did technical optimizations on the level tiles. I was quite disappointed with how much I actually contributed as I got sick a few days into development and was out for the majority of the project.
